R+O InterGmbH
Capability Partnerships

Connect access and expertise through to the agreed result.

Trusted access does not replace an economic comparison of offers. R+O combines the review of need, supply position and terms with the named services of an access or specialist partner.

International mandate — two reviews, one working basis

R+O Inter · Illustrative work sample
Occasion
An established supplier is to serve a cross-border project.
Field review · access partner
Verify identity, actual location and named contacts.
R+O
Reconcile configuration, availability, full costs and delivery and acceptance terms.
Joint handover
Bring asset identity, confirmed statements and open points to the same status.
Open point
The local integrator and the acceptance party are not yet named.
Consequence
The contact can be reliable while execution is not yet fully settled. The next mandate step needs these named handovers.
Roles
Access partner: field review. R+O: economic reconciliation and commercial tasks. Specialist: agreed specialist service. Client: business and approvals.
Four forms of cooperation

Every collaboration starts with a bounded first case and is agreed separately for each case.

Joint cross-border mandates

Where the counterparty is unknown or on-site information is missing, the specialist partner checks presence and circumstances; R+O compares the offer, full costs and terms. Only together do they create a basis on which the client decides whether to continue.

A fallback procedure holds only after the test.

Sequence
  1. Plan · prepare deputy and approval route
  2. Test · rehearse with those responsible
  3. Finding · deputy named, authorisation missingbreak
  4. Retest · check the approval in the fallback procedure againpending

The plan described a role; the test revealed a prerequisite. The responsible organisation grants the authorisation; the specialist delivers the specialist service, R+O the commercial review scope.
