R+O InterGmbH
LATIN AMERICA · TECHNOLOGY AND FINANCING

Know what the credit line is financing.

A financed invoice does not yet describe an available, importable and operational technology asset. R+O brings together the company’s need, the international offer and the evidence for the financing decision — from the actual supply position to the agreed acceptance.

Financed price. Asset. Start date. Evidence.

Three economic questions before commitment
  1. 01Access
    • Is there a suitable supply position outside the local catalogue?
    • R+O qualifies availability, configuration, counterparty and alternatives. A public signal is not yet an available offer.
  2. 02Price
    • Which economic position does the invoice finance?
    • Offer value, distribution tier, classification, duties, freight and evidenced eligibility are brought to a common status.
  3. 03Fulfilment
    • When is the financed asset actually ready for its intended use?
    • Certification, installation, service and acceptance are assigned to the agreed parties, evidence and dates.

From offer to the agreed operational status

  1. 01Offer
  2. 02Evidenced landed position
  3. 03Agreed operational status

The landed position is not a liquidation or collateral value. Such valuations belong to the bases determined by the institution.

One review condition. Three decision points.
01 · Before disbursement02 · During execution03 · At acceptance
SubjectIdentified technology asset; exact classification and origin; applicable eligibility; duty basis and timing; complete, source-bound economics.Order; transport and customs events; installation; deviations and next steps.Delivered and installed status; agreed acceptance; confirmed start of operations.
R+O documentDated reconciliation of offer, supply position, cost record and the defined financing conditions. Open prerequisites and contradictions are named.Milestone record with source, date, named party and escalation point.Acceptance evidence and a reconstructable decision and approval record.
ConfirmationThe credit or trade finance reviewer designated by the institution assesses the evidence status for its own decision.Named technical or operational confirming parties; the institution retains every disbursement approval. The agreed acceptor and institutionally named reviewers confirm their respective part.
Roles · R+O: qualification, economic reconciliation, evidence record and agreed Route Control. Institution: credit decision, disbursement, exception, approval and risk treatment.
One standard can reach every covered disbursement.

The institution can make the agreed review a disclosed condition of a specific financing type. Every covered disbursement then carries the same link between technology asset, economic basis and fulfilment evidence. The institution’s legal and credit functions determine condition, scope and use.

  1. 01One defined facility type
  2. 02One agreed review condition
  3. 03Every covered disbursement
  4. 04Current evidence record

Reuse only where the basis is current, permissible and fitting. Client requirements, prices, volumes, credit decisions and private mandate data stay separate.

A bounded review. Four measurable questions.

One financing type, one fixed period and two reference dates. Definitions, baselines, sources, confirming parties and thresholds are agreed before the first case. The full measurement matrix is under Institutional Verification.

Three entry points to the same architecture

The financing question is regional. The decision bases are local.
